Анна — одна з тих, хто після повномасштабного вторгнення не розгубився, а навпаки: знайшов у собі сили бути корисною. У Канаду вона переїхала в лютому 2023 року, а вже через два місяці доєдналася до МУНО — щоб допомагати Україні, навіть перебуваючи на іншому кінці світу.

За освітою Анна — педагогиня, в Україні здобула дві вищі освіти, зокрема з фізики. У Канаді працює на ресепшені в лікарні, а у МУНО — фотографує події, мітинги та волонтерське життя спільноти. Це її спосіб «бути корисною для своєї країни хоч чимось».

Її шлях — багатогранний і натхненний: понад 13 років була фронтвумен рок-гурту, представляла область на музичних фестивалях, закінчила музичну школу по класу фортепіано, грає на барабанах. Має досвід роботи моделлю, брала участь у «СтудМіс Україна» та «Караоке на Майдані». Її хобі — хор, живопис, вишивка, в’язання. У майбутньому Анна мріє реалізувати свої таланти і в МУНО.

Її надихають жінки сили: письменниця, феміністка та громадська діячка Олена Пчілка, а також — її мама. Волонтерство в МУНО навчило її працювати в команді, відчувати зв’язок з Батьківщиною, незважаючи на відстань, і вірити, що навіть одна світлина здатна змінити сприйняття.

Анна мріє про перемогу і відродження України — чесної, незалежної, без корупції. Вона вірить, що МУНО зможе масштабувати свою діяльність, залучати ще більше свідомої молоді й посилювати підтримку України.

Anna is one of those people who, after the full-scale invasion, didn’t lose her footing — on the contrary, she found the strength to be of service. She moved to Canada in February 2023, and just two months later, joined UNYF — determined to support Ukraine even from the other side of the world.

Anna has a background in teaching and holds two graduate degrees in Ukraine, including one in physics. In Canada, she works at a hospital reception, and within UNYF, she photographs events, rallies, and the everyday life of the volunteer community. This is her way of “being useful to her country in any way she can.”

Her path is rich and inspiring: she spent over 13 years as the frontwoman of a rock band, represented her region at music festivals, graduated from music school as a pianist, and plays the drums. She has modeling experience and took part in “Student Miss Ukraine” and “Karaoke na Maidani.” Her hobbies include choir singing, painting, embroidery, and knitting. In the future, Anna hopes to further apply her talents within UNYF.

She is inspired by powerful women: the writer, feminist, and civic activist Olena Pchilka — and her own mother. Volunteering with UNYF has taught her how to work in a team, to feel connected to her homeland despite the distance, and to believe that even a single photo can shift perspectives.

Anna dreams of Ukraine’s victory and revival — a country that is honest, independent, and free from corruption. She believes that UNYF will be able to scale its work, involve even more conscious youth, and strengthen support for Ukraine.

Three words she associates with UNYF: youth, Ukraine, Nation.
