November 19, 2024 marks the 1000th day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It’s been 1000 days of unwavering resistance, courage, and struggle by the Ukrainian people for their freedom, independence, and right to live in their own land.
Together with UCC Alberta and UCC Edmonton we would like to join the global #STANDWITHUKRAINE campaign led by the Ukrainian World Congress. Your support on this significant day will serve as a powerful symbol of solidarity for our community.
This rally is dedicated to honoring the memory of those who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine and to expressing our gratitude to everyone who continues to fight and support our country during these challenging times. Join us to unite in the light of remembrance, faith, and hope.
Media and political leaders have been invited — let’s show the world the unbreakable spirit of Ukraine and our shared commitment to support those who stand for our freedom and future. And let us not stop shouting: the murderous state — russia — must be held accountable for every tear and drop of blood shed by innocent Ukrainian children and families.
