While we’re in the holiday spirit – they’re in captivity during the holidays 💔
We’ve all heard that recently over 200 Ukrainian military personnel and civilians have returned from captivity. It was the largest exchange since the beginning of this full-scale war.
But in November, Ukraine reported that at least 4337 Ukrainians are still in Russian captivity.
So, most of them are still there! And that’s why we must continue to shout about the captives, so that everyone is returned home.
It’s important to understand that it’s our responsibility to give them a voice because russian terrorists have taken it away from them!
🙏 So we kindly ask you to join our next rally, which will be dedicated to all Ukrainian defenders who have been captured.
📍 Where: Churchill Square.
📆 When: February 4, 2024. Starting at 2pm.
ℹ️ What will be happening:
(1) Rally
(2) Demonstration of captives for 15-20 minutes
(3) Social media campaign “Free Ukrainian Defenders”
Note: The demonstration: will last only about 20 minutes, as we understand that it’s getting colder to hold such events. This time should be enough for the media to cover the event.
Note: We will have posters printed about Ukrainian defenders and civilians in captivity. We want to offer each of you a professional photo from a professional photographer to launch the “Free Ukrainian Defenders” campaign on social media. Even if 30 people publish these photos, it will have a positive effect. But of course, the more the better. So we ask you to please join.
